In rder t take int accunt, the prtectin f yur ersnal ata the AKUO Grup implements: • Frm the design f the prducts, the principles “rivacy by esign” and “rivacy by efault” t ensure that the prducts and services ffered integrate the apprpriate security prtectin prcesses and that they are implemented autmatically • Technical and rganizatinal measures t ensure the prtectin f yur ersnal ata The AKUO Grup undertakes t implement the fllwing security measures guaranteeing a level f security adapted t the risk: • The use f encryptin prtcls fr data in transit, • Ways t ensure the cntinued cnfidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience f prcessing systems and services, • The means t restre the availability f ersnal ata and access t them within apprpriate time in the event f a physical r technical incident, • A prcedure t regularly test, analyse and evaluate the effectiveness f technical and rganisatinal measures t ensure the security f prcessing. In the event f a security incident affecting yur ersnal ata destructin, lss, alteratin r disclsure, the AKUO Grup undertakes t cmply with the bligatin t ntify ersnal ata breaches, in particular t the CNIL.
